Job Summary:
The Grandeur Group is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive sales of our premium flatware and machinery parts to wholesale clients across North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background to understand our products in-depth and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. The Technical Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams on product design and customization to meet specific client needs. This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Brampton, ON office.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop a thorough understanding of our flatware and machinery part product lines, including materials, manufacturing processes, customization options, and technical specifications;
• Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of wholesale accounts, providing exceptional customer service, technical guidance, and sales support;
• Proactively prospect for and secure new wholesale clients across the U.S. and Canada to grow our customer base and drive increased sales volume;
• Partner with customers to assess their unique needs and recommend the most appropriate product options; coordinate custom orders with our manufacturing team in India as required;
• Create compelling sales presentations, product demos, samples, and RFP responses that highlight the superior quality and value proposition of our products;
• Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and sales visits to promote our brand and products; provide post-sale support and troubleshooting as needed; and
• Other duties as required.
Minimum Skills Requirements:
• Post Secondary Education in relevant field;
• Prior technical sales experience is an asset;
• Strong product knowledge/ propensity to learn; and
• Must be dependable, reliable and have effective organizational and communication skills.
