Job description
Assured Integrity Group Inc. (AIGI) – Edmonton is looking for Non-destructive testers (NDT) Specialist/API Inspector who is interested in working on various jobs. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic willing and capable of working to the highest quality with a strong emphasis on safety, testing equipment to detect discontinuities in objects of various compositions and materials.

Education and Skills Requirements:
• PCN Phased Array/TOFD is an added advantage
• QMS Lead Auditor
• ASNT certification or working knowledge of NDT UTII, MTII, PTII and RFI
• Basic radiation safety
• PCN UT 2, MT 2, PT 2 & RT 2 and Radiation safety officer
• Supervise and Train NDT Technicians
• Prepare NDT procedures and Reports
• Off-Shore oil and gas experience is a must

• Leadership and Managerial Skills
• Successful applicants will possess PCN or CSWIP Phased Array certification
• Minimum fifteen years of advanced ultrasonic Phased Array practical experience an asset
• Proficiency in report writing
• Thorough understanding of, and compliance with, safety and quality principles
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel on the job
• Additional CGSB or equivalent NDT certifications would be highly desirable
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

5 years’ experience or more

University degree (BSc. /MSc.) in any science discipline.

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
