About this position:
We are in need of a DISTRICT SERVICE SUPERVISOR. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will supervise Route Sales Representatives, respond to service requests, negotiate customer contract renewals and cover the Route Sales Representative routes during absences. This can be a physically demanding, fast-paced role that involves picking up soiled textile products and delivering clean replacements, selling additional products and services, handling customer service requests, maintaining positive customer relations and maintaining accurate customer information. This is an entry-level management trainee position for a career-minded individual interested in advancement in the future.

Act as a customer-focused, results-driven, relationship manager who has a positive attitude, passion for hard-work, and someone who makes customers look forward to their weekly deliveries from our service team.

Job Requirements:

Prior customer service, route service, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred

Some management experience preferred

High school diploma, some college is a plus

Communication and language skills

Basic computer proficiency

Valid non-commercial Driver’s Licence and clean driving record; must be 21 years or older

Reliable transportation

Must meet pre-employment physical requirements

Physically capable of carrying up to 50 lbs.
