ABOUT VACANCY
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to join our team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and lead the logistics team, managing shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation scheduling
• Work with carriers and partners to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues
• Manage product returns and related documentation
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Review and verify shipment invoices for accuracy and timely payment
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and delivery planning
• Monitor logistics processes and suggest improvements
• Provide regular shipment and team performance reports to management
• Resolve logistics issues and implement process improvements
• Train, supervise and support logistics team members
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in either business, supply chain, production, manufacturing management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
WORK CONDITIONS
• Permanent, full-time position
• $36 per hour
• 35 hours of work per week
• Overtime pay ($54 per hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week
• Work location: Pickering, ON L1V 6P7
