Job Duties:-
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of Pacific Valley Enterprise Inc.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.

Terms of Employment: -
Full-time, Permanent
Wages: - $25 per hour- 40 hours per week.
Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.

Location of employment: - Unit 103 , 19162 22 Ave , Surrey, BC, V3S 3S6, Canada and various locations all over Canada and North America.
Additional skills: - Attention to detail, Team Player, Organized.
Language: English

Job Requirements: -
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
• 2 years’ experience in the related field is required.
