Truck Mechanic

Super Tech Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is looking for a full-time Truck Mechanics. The job description is as follows:

Location: Unit 1 6439 Netherhart Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T 1C3 Canada
Salary: $36.60 per hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties
•Performing general and preventive maintenance services.
•Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic failures by visually inspecting, listening to customer input, test driving and using diagnostic tools.
•Completing repairs or replacing defective parts, components or systems as required.
•Documenting serial number and recording repair story on work order noting problems or unusual situations encountered during repairs.
•Using hand tools and various specialized diagnostic equipment to diagnose, isolate and repair faults
•Performing scheduled maintenance service
•Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine and drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems
•Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems including structural, brake and electrical systems.

Job Requirement
•Able to lift and carry heavy objects; job requires lot of physical work such as stooping, bending or kneeling.
•Able to work in confined spaces.
•Able communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors or customers.
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required.
