Hiring a Helper – Automotive Mechanic Permanent Full-Time

H & A Auto Services located in North York, Ontario M9L 1Z8, is Hiring a Helper – Automotive Mechanic Permanent Full-Time Position $23.00/Hr. 35-40 Hours per week.

Duties Include:
Move tools, equipment and other materials
Perform miscellaneous labouring activities to help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed
Clean machines and immediate work areas
Repair or replace mechanical units or components
Assist with the set-up and maintenance of traction equipment, cleaning or sterilizing equipment, maintaining and repairing equipment, and assembling, setting-up and operating job-related equipment
Repair or replace interior components
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems

Requirements:
Secondary school completion is required
Minimum College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year automotive or mechanical engineering program
Minimum 5 years of experience in the auto mechanic or similar trade field or equivalent experience.
Must speak, read and write English
