Responsibilities:

• Arrange, coordinate and review the works related to bookings and reservation services of hotels, transfers and other accommodation services
• Plan, establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities of customer care team with our cruise team and other work units such as accounting
• Sorting out work related issues may arise with bookings and reservations and prepare a report
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Assist management with preparation of training classes and train staff in job duties, and company policies
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• Minimum 1-year of post-secondary education
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Familiar with reservation systems, guest service, and booking processes.
