Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Expert with a proven track record in technology environments and expertise in sales. The ideal candidate will initially join our team with the opportunity for rapid advancement to the role. This individual will play a pivotal role in marketing, driving revenue, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading our growth initiatives.
Marketing Expert may also be responsible for overseeing the company’s social media pages. This may include writing posts, putting together analytical reviews, and implementing social media advertising campaigns. Marketing Expert will work with other members of the marketing team such as SEO Specialists, Website Analytics Specialists, Design Specialists, or others to help ensure successful marketing campaigns.
Position Information:
Marketing Expert
Full Time - 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday
Remuneration $ 58,000 CAD
Vacation - 4 weeks per year
In Office: Location 158 Hobson Lake Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3S0B4

Duties:
Develop comprehensive product related marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives on enhancing road safety.
Initiate and conduct marketing campaigns on products of road safety analysis according to the customer preferences and market trends.
Prepare post campaign survey and feedback collection to ensure the optimization of current product functions.
Summarize sales and marketing reports to accurately reflect the company's periodic market activities and sales performance.
Coordinate workshops, seminars, and conferences on road safety and enhancement of safety awareness, to promote the company's products and services and engage with potential clients and partners.
Maintain relationships with current customers and cooperative partners to keep track of their needs and preferences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
Prepare, execute and implement budgets for all forms of marketing including Social Media

Qualifications:
College diploma in marketing, public relations or related field.
Speak, read, write and understand multiple languages.
Ability to work well within a team and as an individual
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Organizational Skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly.
Multilingual such as English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin etc is an asset
Previous and recent experience in marketing or related fields an asset
