National Hydronics Group is currently looking for Administrative Officer - Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our residential new construction sector. This integral position will organize project activities, maintain document control, and work closely with the General Foreman and Project Manager to ensure each project runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Communicate relevant project information to the project team.
Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures for upcoming projects
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
Carry out administrative activities associated with current and upcoming projects
Administer policies and procedures for change orders and installation of product in field.
Coordinate and plan for project management team, such as equipment, supplies, forms, and accounting for product and materials.
Assess sucess and failures for projects, oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
Assist in preparation of estimating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls for various issues with materials.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
May supervise records, tools, and materials management/stock.
Track and manage RFIs, transmittals, shop drawings, site instructions, and change orders.
Secure pricing from vendors and assist with procurement and delivery of materials.
Work with the Project Manager to maintain billing, scope, materials, and other project objectives.
Attend construction trade meetings on site and observe project progress and opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

2-3 years expierence in a similar role/ mechanical construction expierence is a requiement.
Completion of bachelors from an accredited university (Engineering)
Valid drivers’ licence and regular access to a vehicle.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project).
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Effective communicator and able to quickly build professional relationships.
Expierence using AutoCad, Revit, Blue Beam, Procore, etc.
Creative problem solver.
This role has the potential to move into a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager role in the future.
