The Provincial Comptroller (Comptroller) leads the Office of the Provincial Comptroller (OPC) and provides strategic and executive leadership to the budgeting, summary accounting, forecasting and financial reporting functions of the government as a whole, ensuring a current, accurate understanding of the financial condition of the Province.
