Marketing Coordinator

Z2 Enterprise Ltd is the master franchisee of Gong Cha in BC, AB, SK, MB and Northwest Territory. Gong Cha is a tea drink franchise founded in 2006 in Taiwan and expanded internationally to Canada in 2012. We’re looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our team to support us with promoting our brand and products.
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (1 vacant)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $34.00/hour
Work Location: 10309 102 Avenue NW Edmonton, Alberta T5J 0L1

Job duties include:
Identify appropriate media opportunities to increase Gong Cha’s brand awareness and drive franchised-store reputation
Support Gong Cha’s headquarter to develop yearly media plan and execute local marketing campaigns
Advise franchisees on marketing, advertising and sales promotion opportunities and strategies
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
Visit franchised stores in a regular basis to ensure operations meeting Headquarters’ product quality and service standards
Provide training to franchisees and conduct customer surveys on newly launched products
Coordinate and manage internal and external events such as, store grand opening, customer appreciation, employee service awards, key milestone celebration, and annual convention etc.
Assist in marketing research and identification of potential new locations for further expansion of Gong Cha in designated areas.

Job requirements:
Completion of college diploma or university degree in business administration, business marketing, public relations, or communications is required
5+ years relevant work experience
Effective communicator both in written and oral forms
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
