Description de l’emploi • Inspecter les véhicules réparés • Planifier les travaux de réparation à effectuer • Professionnalisme au service à la clientèle • Effectuer des tests de conduite des véhicules pour s’assurer de leur bonne tenue de route • Nettoyer et entretenir l'espace de travail • Apprendre le métier aux apprentis • Remplacer les éléments d'avant-train et de caisse de véhicules automobiles, les portières, les éléments de chassis et de dessous de caisse • Limer, meuler et poncer les surfaces à réparer • Masquer et fixer au moyen de ruban adhésif des surfaces d'auto en préparation de la peindre • Débosseler les éléments de carrosserie à l'aide de tasseaux et de marteaux • Enlever les pare-chocs, les panneaux et les calandres endommagés et boulonner ou souder les pièces de rechange en place • Appliquer les peintures primaires et repeindre les surfaces • Réparer ou remplacer des éléments d'habitacle • Réparer ou remplacer les fenêtres endommagées, des pare-brise...
