Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Budgetary responsibility: Up to $100,000

Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Train staff
• Provide customer services
• Monitor staff performance
• Supervise staff
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address costumers’ complaints or concerns
Supervision:
• 5 to 10 people

Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
• Food Safety Certificate
