 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Japanese complete meals and individual dishes in accordance with the menu
and the restaurant’s recipes
- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including sushi rice, sauces, fish and vegetables
- Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions as instructed by the Chef
- Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise kitchen helpers as required
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and kitchen equipment
- Store food and ingredients at proper temperatures and conditions in accordance with food safety
regulations
- Clean kitchen and work areas and maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards

 Cuisine Specialty: Japanese cuisine

 Education: Completion of Secondary High School

 Language: English

 Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
