1. Job Description
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of Kitchen staff
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of kitchen staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
• Work under pressure

3. Job Details
• Location: Uncle Fatih’s Pizza – 477 West 8th Avenue – Vancouver, BC
• Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time (40h/week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $20.10 per hour
