 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff during daily retail store operations.
- Assign daily tasks to sales staff and prepare work schedules based on store needs.
- Provide guidance to sales staff on customer service, product knowledge, store procedures, and daily
priorities.
- Support sales staff in assisting customers with workwear, safety footwear, chef wear, linens,
accessories, purchases, exchanges, returns, and service-related concerns.
- Authorize merchandise returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform inventory checks, maintain specified inventory, and arrange restocking or ordering of
merchandise as required.
- Receive, organize, and display merchandise, including workwear, footwear, accessories, chef wear, and
linens, to keep the store well-stocked and presented according to company standards.
- Maintain store records related to sales activities, inventory, merchandise, staff schedules, and daily
store operations.
- Participate in hiring and training new sales staff and monitor staff performance during daily operations.
- Perform cleaning duties and supervise sales staff cleaning duties to keep the store clean, organized,
and ready for customers.
- Perform keyholder and store opening or closing duties when scheduled.
- Perform the duties of retail sales staff being supervised when required.

 Education: Secondary High School

 Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience

 Language: English
